地址：上環 皇后大道中345號上環市政大廈2樓熟食中心CF4號舖 電話：2850 6831 難得平日放假，便到上環熟食中心飲早茶。 雖說早茶，但我們近10時才到達，熟食中心人煙稀少，找坐位沒難度。 抵達後，即看到叔叔在包雞扎，似乎大部份點心都是自家製而非由內地工場製成的。 坐下後，叔叔便拿餐具、茶及餐牌給我們。別以為熟食中心只提供茶餐廳那些茶，它跟茶樓無異，可選茶種的。 看著餐牌只寫著全部點心$17-22，真的不知道每款點心價錢，不過價錢合理，不須斤斤計較。 我們點了雞扎，煎芋頭糕蘿蔔糕及蝦餃。 看著叔叔在包雞扎，即點一籠。這兒的雞扎餡與別不同，炸腐皮包著的是南瓜，及數件雞。 煎芋頭糕是必點的，除了煎得香脆外，此款芋頭糕亦非常見款式，真材真料，只用芋頭絲及調味料制成。 雖然沒有其他臘腸或臘肉，但味道調配得非常好，緃使只由芋頭制成亦美味非常。 一碟煎糕有三件，我們要求把其中一件換作蘿蔔糕。 可惜蘿蔔糕沒有什麼特別，不試亦可。 蝦餃的皮實在太易爛了，就算小心翼翼地用筷子夾起亦不太可能完整放入口內。 若有超人的技巧完整地把它放入口內，那蝦餃就像小籠包一樣，超多汁。 蝦夠爽，就差在餃皮那裏。 雖然好吃，但較油膩，吃一次便好了。

BB Ramen/ NAGI Ramen/ 凪 地址：大坑京街 3 號 Lab Made 分子雪糕專門店 Lab Made Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Laboratory 地址：大坑布朗街 6 號地下 電話：9355 4476 我們1730左右在大坑尋找是晚晚餐好去處，途經這家拉麵店，注看一下餐牌。 原來拉麵點還未營業，店員到門前告訴我們1800才開門，嚷我們一會兒再來。 等候其間突然記起我還未嘗Lab Made 的火焰雪糕芝士撻，這次順路便去試試看。 這個撻每天限售400個，是日生期六近1800仍有貸，似乎熱潮已去，什或乎未有熱潮過。 這個 火焰雪糕芝士撻不能外賣， 很難想像每天有超過400個人來這裏這火焰雪糕芝士撻。 落單後等一會，看著店員用火把撻底燒熱，然後在芝士雪糕上撒糖，再用火槍把糖燒容，把該 芝士雪糕放在撻上 便成了。 店員再把這個撻放在紙杯上才給客人， 用上紙杯感覺沒那麼容易弄污手或衣物 。 其實沒有這個必要把，我把整個撻吃過後，那紙杯仍像新的一樣，掉時真覺浪費。 曲奇撻底很脆，如果牛油味濃一點或脆些會更佳。 因為用火槍燒過，所以吃時仍感到微熱。 接過 火焰雪糕芝士撻 時，雪糕表層始容了，因為有撻底存在，所以仍可把容掉的雪糕一同吃下，真開心。 表層的糖燒容後經雪糕冷卻後成了脆糖，就像焦糖燉蛋上的焦糖一樣。 火焰雪糕芝士撻 份量很小，但 味道及口感都屬中上水評，可一試。 吃過Lab Made 後回到凪，店內已有3枱客人。 坐下後，店員熱心向我們介紹該店的四款拉麵，並向我們解釋點餐紙上部份選項。 我們點了黑骨和綠骨。 黑骨湯底像墨汁一樣黑，超濃蒜味。 湯麵面放著一個豬肉球，店員說可把它弄碎在湯中，味道便佳。 的確，有肉碎的湯更香更濃，但若非把湯全都湯掉，部份肉碎便吃不到了 。 綠骨湯底是青綠色的，有濃濃的橄欖油味，很清新，很奇怪，很西式，很新奇。 兩個拉麵都有叉燒，雖然用上梅頭肉，但因咬口不錯，像吃豬頸肉一樣。 這家拉麵是我見過最幼的拉麵，但仍可掛湯，很利害呢！ 聽到隔桌的家人讚溏心蛋好吃，但蛋非隨麵附上，我們沒有額外追加。 後來看到牆上寫著冇奈良入口的樽裝綠菜...

地址：旺角彌敦道 620-628 號瓊華中心 5 樓 電話：2395 2730 星期六下午近1500來到餐廳，無需等位便可內進。 數款下午茶餐可供選揀，每款$48, 加$6可無限添飲特式飲料,另加$10送小食一款。 我們點了兩個下午茶餐，每枱也有一大樽檸檬水，而每個餐份量也很大，所以沒有加配飲料或小食。 下午茶套餐均送韓式清湯，泡菜，海帶及炑八沙律。 清湯感覺像味精湯，湯內有幾點肉碎，只吃了那一丁點肉，沒有把清喝完，飲檸檬水好像較健康。 泡菜不太辣，對我來說酸辣度剛好，很易入口。 海帶浸在水中，微酸，不錯。 米八沙律，沙律菜配適量麻醬。雖然味道很好，但份量超大，較難一個人完成。我看到待應收拾其他餐桌時把整碟沙律倒了，真的很浪費。 1號餐：雞肉年糕湯面 這個湯麵其實是雞肉公仔麵加上年糕片。 經醃制過的雞肉帶有點點甜味。 雖然年糕片本身沒有味道，但配上濃濃的味精湯，煙煙勒勒的，味道和口感都還可以。 至於那個公仔麵，份量頗多，但我吃不出它是否韓式公仔麵。 碗中還有一些菜配料，當中包括紫菜，這些紫菜碎好像由當作零食的韓國紫菜弄碎而來。 2號餐：鐵板LA骨飯 這個飯以鐵板上桌，熱呼呼的。 LA骨即牛仔骨，配上香濃黑椒味，就像吃Papper Lunch一樣。 本來很想試試$10的小吃，但這個套餐的份量就如晚餐一樣，已吃不下小吃了。 雖然$48一個下午茶餐是貴了一點，但以份量和款式來說，性價比超高。 唯一的缺點就是嘈了一點。

中環閣麟街 32-34 號美輪樓地下 C 號舖 電話：2117 4123 本來打算到吉野家試食上月底新出的芝士雞窩，誰不知已全線停售。 轉了吃韓國餐廳－ 韓韓館 部隊鍋是這家餐廳主打，而且價錢合理，百多元便可享用二人份量。 本人對部隊鍋一點興趣都沒有，我們點了推介菜－芝士炒排骨及蒜香海老帶子飯。 芝士炒排骨 ($138) 剛上桌時排得很整齊的，及後，待應把鍋底的洋葱及芝士反了點上來，並說待一會芝士便會溶。 它的辣不是來自泡菜或辣醬，而是胡椒，因此辣得格外香。 排骨很淋，炆得夠入味，配上胡椒芝士及洋葱，伴飯吃一流。 蒜香海老帶子飯 ($88) 在這些餐廳吃海鮮當然是急凍貨試，但沒想到它們上桌時份然是凍的。 雖然有濃濃蒜香，但仍有點失望。 餐廳裝修陳舊，卡位的椅皮已破損，洗水間的水龍頭也是壞的。

在西貢市中心巴士總站搭乘94號巴士於西貢戶外訓練營下車。 沿馬路靠左向黃石方向走約幾分鐘，便會看到左邊有一條上山的樓梯，這便是是人登山路線的起步點。 開始路段樓梯較多，而且沒有樹陰遮擋，但好處是景觀開揚，可看到西貢對出的其他島嶼，如橋咀，牛尾等。 走過開段的樓梯後，後段則較多樹陰，部份路段較顛簸或多碎石，行走時要格外小心。 這段路較少健行者，我們行山途中只遇到幾名登山者。 走至鯽魚湖及北潭涌分岐路時，打算順道到鯽魚湖看看。 沿指示直行卻走到馬路口，並且是94號巴士途經路段，因此放棄步行至北潭涌，就在鯽魚湖站等巴士回市中心。 長假期最後一天下午，較多遊人由黃石回到市中心，我們等了兩架巴士才可迫上車。 我覺得九巴的手機應用程式很完善，為市民著想。 只要打開九巴App, 搜尋所需路線，便可得知該巴士將會於多久到達某車站。 若新巴或城巴都有此服務便好了。

這家是外賣店，店內只有兩個bar枱坐位。 晚上人流較少，我們決定在店內享用早前所團購的兩個餐。 每個餐均包括指定漢堡，小食及指定飲品。 我選了芝士漢堡，熱狗棒及忌廉溝鮮奶。 另一個則選了泡菜豬肉漢堡，炸雞及可樂。 這個非一般漢堡以菜飯代替麵包，餡料為韓國風味，以泡菜為主。 下單時總覺得這個飯團似的東西份量太少，一定食不飽，所以兩個餐都加飯（不用額外付錢）。 貨到打開後發現這飯堡大得像拳頭，男生吃是夠飽的。若女生吃的話不用加大也夠了。 收銀員說我的芝士飯堡是指定漢堡中最少辣的一款。對我來說，有飯，小食飯品等伴食還好。怕辣的話，這個團購便不適合了。 飯堡內除了芝士，還有泡菜及吞拿魚沙律，這幾樣東西也很夾，味道不錯。吃前應該要先按壓，否則飯團會較鬆散。 而韓式熱狗棒倒食我第一回嘗的。它與普通熱狗棒的分別在於外層沾滿了超脆的薯粒。即麥當奴薯條碎，最硬最脆那些。 炸得有點燶，我不太喜歡熱氣食物，但其實口感和味道幾好的。 泡菜豬肉堡較辣，整個漢堡都是泡菜味。 很喜歡它的炸雞。其實樣子像麥樂雞，炸得金黃色，很脆很靚。內裏的雞肉口感滑，一客近十件炸雞，很抵。 這家店的食物性價比高，值得回購。

地址：粉嶺業豐街13號多利工業大廈1樓F室 營業時間：星期二至日: 11:00-22:00；星期一休息 電話：2677 1303 由粉嶺站步行到此工業大廈需時約15分鐘，來此之食客多為特意前往者，包括甲乙在內。 乘電梯到1樓轉右便可看到WTF的小牌。 復活節的星期六約1130到達餐廳，內有伶仃幾枱客人。 約1300左右，便全場滿坐。約相約一班好友於假至此，先致電預約較穩陣。             內裏是樓上cafe裝潢，有圖書角，但書架前便是一枱食客，不方便取書。   我們點了鰻魚蛋包飯及BBQ豬肋骨。 跟餐有羅宋湯餐包及普通餐飲（可加錢轉特飲）。 羅宋湯味道正常，用上少用於羅宋湯的中國的紅蘿蔔，所以紅蘿蔔甜甜的。 餐包超好味，送來時暖暖的。我們有兩個不同味的餐包，它們都十分鬆軟，香甜麥味，暖笠笠時最好吃。 鰻魚蛋包飯$68 鰻魚份量不欺場，大小約大半隻手，厚度算是肥美。但鰻魚汁偏甜。 蛋的份量足以蓋著飯，既滑又有蛋汁，是有水準的茶餐廳滑蛋。 蛋內約有一碗半以蔴油醬汁拌過的飯。雖然用心，但我覺得味道太多，換白飯應該也不錯。 BBQ豬肋骨 可配飯、意粉或薯菜，我們選了後者。 薯菜是炸薯角及芝麻醬沙律菜。 薯角熱辣辣，香脆野味。 豬肋骨味道不錯，但除了外觀，其他方面都不像BBQ。 用叉子輕易便可以把骨肉分離，像炆肉一樣。 加了$18要一杯山楂玫瑰花茶。 有半杯都是山楂及玫瑰花，所以味道濃郁。我還另外叫了一杯水加到剩下的花茶中，仍然很有花茶味。 最後加了兩個甜品，芒果拿破崙及雪糕馬卡龍（可自選雪糕味道），跟餐減$10。 甜品一般，雪糕球很堅固，所以雪糕及馬卡龍較難同吃，但賣相一流。 總結：最愛餐包、滑蛋及山楂玫瑰花。 滿坐時感覺像茶餐廳。               ...

Check point 1: 早餐-協香麵包西餅店 先到由粉嶺MTR步行到聯和墟（約15分鐘）食早餐及搜購露營物資。 所謂的早餐是買麵包及西餅邊走邊吃。 協香最出名的是雞脾包-原隻滷水雞脾外層包著普通的西式麵包。   雖然雞脾較乾，但份量十足。 麵包吸滿了雞脾油香，既香又脆。 價錢簡直以成本價益街坊，只須$9。 另外還買了一件斑蘭蛋糕及一件藍莓芝士撻。 蛋糕及撻的份量都有手掌那麼大。 斑蘭蛋糕甜度適中，吃時可嗅到陣陣斑蘭香味。 藍莓芝士撻有層口感: 最面的一層是軟身的芝士，第二層是較硬身的藍莓芝士，最底層則是鬆脆餅底。 味道和口感都不錯，只須$13。 Check point 2: 乘搭52B專線小巴到鶴藪圍 52B的原定路線是會駛入聯和墟，但報紙檔姐姐說：在假日時候，因為太多人於粉嶺港鐵站搭乘此小巴，每輛開出的小巴都已滿座，所以小巴司機不會駛入聯和墟。 那我們便步行回港鐵站，路程約十分鐘而已。 這輛小巴每20-30分鐘一班,並如報檔姐姐所說－總站已上滿了客。 當小巴到達鶴藪圍那個亭便是我們的目的地。 這個未必是總站，如車上仍有乘客，司機會繼續右轉到鶴藪圍村才會回頭。 鶴藪圍亭所在處便是鶴藪道，繼續沿此路往前走約15分鐘便可抵達營地。 我們約1130抵達營地，當時約一半營地已被佔據，相信大部份營友於前一天已在此註紮。 其實來到營地後有些失望，有想立刻離開的意慾。 除了沒有什麼漂亮景色外，還像旺角一樣吵耳。 一批有老有嫰的人在營地大聲的無休止地播著音樂，音樂播至清晨(雖然音量有被調低，但十幾米遠的我仍清晰聽見)有暫停一會，相信是播放機沒電了，但未到清晨6點時又再繼續播。 除此以外，他們還大聲說粗話，猜枚及玩啤牌等，完全沒有理會其他人的感受。 我們紮好營，吃過午餐後便立刻離開，出法行山去。 這個營質地較薄較涼爽，半夜約只有幾度及沒有風的天氣下，穿著羽絨也不夠暖。 Check point 3: 沙螺洞 我們由鶴藪營地經水塘，再經右方樓梯步行至沙螺洞然後截返。 營地至水塘段為石屎斜路，沒有樹陰遮擋。 水塘至沙螺洞段則較多樹陰，烈日下會走徥較舒服...
